Very effective; it can give you cramps the first couple of days, but not unbearable, and it feels like it’s clearing the bowel properly. I, usually, take them in the evening, before I go to bed; next day, though, you shouldn’t be too far from a toilet because you don’t have much of warning.

Definitely does the job. Did get quite bad stomach cramps on the days I forgot to drink enough water but they didn't last very long and was soothed with adequate hydration. Im on my second round. The first 15 days were harder that this time around and they Definitely helped with bloating the first time round. So hoping it'll happen again this time around although im on day 5 and feel more bloated than before. Haven't lost any weight but definitely good if you want you colon thoroughly cleared.

I was sceptical about using these but I had those quashed after using these. I needed a clear out and decided to take these around 7am just to see how long before they started to work. I took 2 and about 3 hours later I felt something going on in my stomach, it wasnt too much pain but it was uncomfortable. Then about an hour later that's when I felt the need to go to the toilet. And then roughly every half hour for a few hours afterwards. Suffice to say Johnny Cash Ring of Fire came into my head.I can't do this for 15 days straight, but once a week to have a bit of a clear out, as long as youre not going anywhere that day!I will buy these again, they help better than laxatives.

After reading good reviews on the colon detox cleanse I decided to try these👍I took my 1st one last night (11th July)@10.20 pm,and by 11.40 pm I needed a visit to the loo,luckily that was just a normal bowel movement and nothing major I then slept and woke up at 7.55 am and thought to myself ‘I bet these don’t work for me’,how I was wrong as within the next 5 mins I had a toilet seat for the next 5 mins and boy did I feel debloated afterwards,fast forward 25 mins and I had another toilet visit😂I jumped on the scales and they’ve gone down 3lbI use to take Exlax chocolate years ago and got stomach cramps with that,but with these tablets and didn’t have any,but it wouldn’t bother me if I did as they aren’t painful at all👍I’m going to take 1 tablet each day and see how I get on as I like a challenge lol,not sure how many days I’ll cope by doing this but hey ho 😂I would recommend these,but just make sure you aren’t going anywhere and your quite near a toilet as you never know when the bowels are going to burst😂

It is impossible to give these anything other than 5 stars, because they do exactly what they say they'll do.24 hours after taking a single pill and I am done. I daren't think what kind of sadist could consume a full tub of these over a 15 day period.I read the reviews and underestimated these things. I've taken things like this in various guises over the last 20 or so years, always struggling to "go" when I'm on a diet no matter how much fibre I eat. I'll admit to being a little wary, but not wary enough to wait for a weekend to try them. I popped one at around 6pm last night when I got in from work, and when I got out of bed at 6am today, nothing.I went off to work, feeling quite disappointed. By the time I'd had some breakfast, I had that heavy low ache that told me these things had started to do something to me.I had a feeling of dread because I knew that at some point I was going to hear that horrible wet gurgling sound that would tell me everything in my digestive system was now liquid. I "went" 4 times in work and left feeling very anxious about my 40 minute commute home. Just as I started to think everything was done, the gurgling came, and I now consider myself cleansed. It took about 25 hours but there cannot possibly be anytbing left in me.On a serious note, I have felt very full, nauseous, and I've had heartburn today. If you don't handle side effects well I'd give these a miss. If you're someone who suffers from serious constipation and you can handle what will happen then I highly recommend these.Edited to add: a little over 24 hours from what I thought was the end of it. I've felt a bit peaky all day, not ill, just not right. About an hour after eating a fairly heavy evening meal and my stomach started that awful wet angry rumbling again. These things are extremely powerful, and I will never again pop one unless I know I'm going to be home for at least 48 hours.

Be very careful with this product. I've had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea all day. I also feel incredibly sick (not sure if that's just the pain of the cramps causing it). I've given it 3 stars as it obviously works and provides a full clear out. However, kind of wishing the effects weren't so severe.
