This cheese is the perfect racketeering cheese. Tastes the same as a good quality raclette cheese in France. Very happy with it and would reorder when needed.

little flavour
I found misleading that the provenance was recorded as Italy which led me to believe it was similar to fontina cheese. this is not the case and I found it a bit bland.
