The light is great other than the neck being shorter than I would have wished. I use it at my sewing machine and for traveling. The light is very bright (just what I needed) and the lens is very clear and just the right magnification. I would buy it again.

I recently had cataract surgeries and now need reading glasses, but I still struggle with fine print. This rectangular magnifying glass is a great solution. It’s much better than my circular one, with less distortion around the edges. The large bright light also helped.

I purchased to use on the couch hand sewing. It works great. The magnifying glass is very clear and the glass area is large. The light modes are also very good. Another feature was I wanted to be able to plug in and not have to charge. I did purchase a magnifier that goes around your neck it was ok. This new one is so much better. I just position by my leg on the couch. I can use the flexible neck and move to where I need it to be. I sew with very fine threads and straw needles for EPP this has been a game changer for threading my needle. I don’t know why I didn’t purchase sooner. I highly recommend.

It's pretty good, easy to assemble, the lighting and magnifier work well and the goose-neck functions well enough with the large rectangular base to keep if from tipping. Room for improvement, a door to cover the lens when not in use and just a 120 wall plugin (the voltage adapter built into the lamp) in place of the USB outlet with a voltage adapter would be improvements in my opinion. I am getting way to many of those voltage adapters for electronics now a days.

Very sturdy magnifying lamp. Sits solidly in every position I've tried. Nice bright light immediately helps, even when not using the magnifier. This lamp helps a lot when sewing and working on puzzles.

I bought this so it was easier to see my nails when doing my dip polish. I love the magnification and the light. The head is easy to manipulate and I never once worried that it would fall over, the base is very stable. Option to use USB or plug into a USB brick for use. Light is bright and has variability to both tone and brightness. Definitely a good purchase.

I do a lot of intricate jewelry work and this helps a lot! The magnifier and the light are great and work really well. Definitely recommend!

I bought this for my dad because he's been having a hard time reading his bills and other mail. The large magnifying lens makes everything much easier to see, and the built-in light is bright without being harsh. He especially likes that it sits on the table and the flexible neck lets him position it exactly where he needs it. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy, and has made paying bills and reading paperwork much less frustrating. If you're buying this for an older parent or anyone with vision issues, I definitely recommend it. It has made a real difference for my dad.
