Reliable
We bought two of a different brand that were terrible! This does exactly whats needed for our hospitality space, the wheels are good and dont stick. Enough room for all our snacks.

Issue with wheels
It was going great until we tried to attach the wheels. As another reviewer noted, one of the wheel mounts became unattached and the wheel will not go into place. We really needed the wheels to transport this around so it's a shame. The only support option seems to be a return, but having to deconstruct this would be such a pain I think we will just look for another display rack.

If I could give zero stars I would The shelf assembled great and even looked good However the hooks on the hook board are cheap an flimsy The wheels are a disaster The mount that the wheels screw into basically fell out once we started wheeling the shelf around The mounts are not solidly mounted in the square tube so the wheels are not usable Wonโt buy this again
