Excellent unit, but horrible app
This is an excellent, accurate unit that helped me associate my afternoon headaches and dizziness to high CO2 levels in the room. However the iOS app is horrible. The login screen elements overlap each other, making interaction difficult. Yes, you can view historical readings, but it's very cumbersome. If you're interested in this unit, assume you won't use the app.

Great for Monitoring Air Quality While Laser Engraving
This Temtop M10+ air quality monitor has been very useful for my laser engraving setup. I use it to keep an eye on indoor air quality while working, especially PM2.5, VOCs, and CO2 levels. It is easy to read, simple to use, and gives me more awareness of the air in my workspace. It is a great tool to have along with proper ventilation and filtration.

Next few days but when it's working it's working well
When you need proof that the air quality in your apartment unit is hazardous to your health, this monitors the air. It took about 3 days before it would pick up everything in the air properly but it works just fine.
