The best voice recorder I've ever seen by a mile. The great features are too numerous to mention, there are lots of well thought out ways of tweaking this unit, but that's not to say it's difficult to get your head round -it isn't. It came 100 percent charged and I made my first voice recording in seconds. A lovely touch screen or buttons if you prefer. You can store your recordings in tags, as many as you wish to make. The recordings are crystal clear. There is also a speech to text system which is very accurate. Voice recognition is not quite as accurate as Alexa but it's not far off. You get a booklet which explains all the features in crystal clear English. On your first startup it runs through everything for you, and there is a 'tips' section built in which you can access in the unlikely event that you forget stuff. It's all so intuitive that I haven't needed it. I've only touched the tip of the iceberg here. There are several reviews on utube that are very useful as well. If you buy this item you won't regret it

Very good quality sound recording but transcription is very poor

I've only just taken this out of the box, but so far so good. I'm really impressed with how such a small device is packed with so many features. Even a tiny little touch screen keyboard! The Sound To Text on first try wasn't brilliant, but I only recorded a few words to test it. So will try it some more, but so far I love it. It's exactly what I wanted and more. It is a really well thought out design and product. Value for money is fantastic.

This is an excellent device. I was dubious at first as it isn’t a brand name as such, but I gave it a shot and I totally recommend it. The touchscreen and its features all perform really well. The operating system is well designed and its ability to transcribe in real time is very useful. It has ample storage and is generally well built with a good lasting battery.

The transcribe is rubbish it doesn’t record the words correctly. Either Waste of money I lost money when I returned due to postage

It records perfectly however, the transcription is not always correct. It depends on how fast the person is talking and if they are a clear speaker. Regardless of this I love it.

The unit is very solid and appears to be good value for money. The screen is small and gives loads of options, almost too many, but it is slightly difficult to work through. I bought it to be able to make notes on the go and then to download them as a text file to my computer to edit. This is where it becomes difficult, the text file is in a notepad style with loads of breaks and time stamps on every line. I watched a video on YouTube and it recommends that you use Chat GBT to edit the text. I am yet to try this, but it seems an unwelcome step.

I love how this device transcribes dictation. It has saved me so much time in my workflow. One problem I had in the beginning was that I needed a special driver installed on my computer for it to be able to connect. The support team were responsive and helpful and got it working and saved me a return! The button controls placement are not great if you’re anything other than stationary in good lighting. And the lock/on switch doesn’t prevent you recording accidentally by clicking record, though it does “lock” the touchscreen. And sometimes when you unlock it, it doesn’t actually unlock. This happens rarely but enough to warrant a mention. Overall, good.

I bought it just for having a 'lecture' mode. And, thankfully, even in a large lecture hall with lots of students, it picks up our professor's voice very well. Just as advertised! I haven't learned all of its control features yet, but it's easy enough to operate without knowing everything. I got my first lecture transferred via USB cable to my laptop, but haven't figured out how to get the recorder to link via Bluetooth yet.

Works great and super easy to use

I love the interface, can y'all add a shuffle button to the firmware for the media player. I like to use mine as an mp3 player, but I really need a shuffle button.
