Was looking for a cross back apron without ties that could stand up to water and chemicals in cosmetology school. This is the winner! This apron exceeds my expectations, looks great, and doesn’t hurt my body throughout the day (anything around the neck is a NO for me). Extremely adjustable. I’m 4’9, and it’s the perfect length. If you’re considering buying, just do it!

I'm a hairstylist and it's hard to find a full coverage, heavy duty apron for a woman my size. I wear a size 3x (24) and I am curvy. I have a hard time finding an apron that can cover my hips. This apron covers everything. The fabric is durable without feeling too heavy on my neck and shoulders. The pockets have zippers on the top, to keep hair out too, which is a total plus for me. Great purchase!

I'm a tattoo artist and love this. It protects all of my front and my pants. I'm short (5'4") so I have lay over down near my knees which is awesome. And wraps 80% of my sides.My only complaint, is it is super stiff right now. Sorry for the photos (showing how stiff), it still isn't softer. It's been about 8+ washes. I was it between customers.Another thing if you are a lot bigger then I am, this will not fit. I still have some of the string left until it's at the end. But still. If you are 2XL+ (pending on build) I do not suggest this unless you are okay with doing some customization.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the apron with the red logo tag 2 years ago and never had an issues with it this new aprons with the black tag are disappointing. The quality on the straps are cheap and ripped within 2 months. I hate how the straps now form an X on the back. There was nothing wrong with the old model why the change. Also that leather piece folds causing it to tangle. Just awful!

I’m a barber and I have an assortment of barber jackets and aprons. My favorite apron was getting old and my newest apron was canvas and hair stuck to it like glue and it also wrapped around my neck and would bunch up if I was wearing a collared shirt and was causing acne. So I went in search of a nylon cross back apron.I found this one and it met all my criteria... NYLON, LIGHTWEIGHT, POCKETS, CROSSBACK, NO TIE QUICK RELEASE FASTENERS and NICE DESIGN.Fit my needs perfectly... the only caveat was the straps will take some trial and error adjusting. I spent a week before I got them how I like. I’m 6’4” 225lb so it felt too tight wrapping the straps around my back then around my waist so I let all the slack out of the shoulders and just clip it around my back. Also I pinned the straps together at the intersection between the shoulder blades so that would not come out of adjustment. Lastly I made sure both sides were perfectly symmetrical and the fastener when secure aligned right in the middle of my body.... don’t take these steps and the apron will wander and pull to one side... hope this helps ✌🏽

This is my second NY Sky apron. I needed an apron that is chemical resistant (both this new barber style and my original stylist apron are.)This new apron is hand wash only, but the material is much thicker than my other apron and I feel like it will last a long time in my salon booth. I love the zipper pockets (keeps hair out)A big selling point is that I'm a big guy, 6'5" and nearly 290 pounds. These aprons fit with some adjustments and don't look like I'm wearing a kid-sized apron.

Second time I've bought this apron (first time on Amazon) and love it just as much as the first time. Hopefully I get 5 years out of this one just like I did my other one.
