A little disappointed but still high marks
For the price and quality, very good. I think I would've given it 5 stars if I wasn't deceived by the pictures. One picture shows it stood upright and I thought how great it would be since I have limited space. After noticing that the cord in the back prevents it from doing so, I was bummed. Plugged it in, turned it on and I was impressed. Quick heat, large cooking area and as good, if not better the what I've used in the past but cheaper.

Non-stick feature is amazing!
Very easy to clean! When they say “non-stick” they mean it!I bought this product because I love toasting my sandwiches, but I need to coat my pan with oil/fat so the bread doesn’t stick. I tried using this product WITHOUT prepping the surface with oil in hopes that the “non-stick” feature would work well. As you can tell from the video, it really works! So glad I don’t need to add unnecessary fats to my sandwiches anymore!

It’s Great if you have limited space!
Bought this for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day and he’s gotten a lot of really great use out of it from all kinds of stuff. It’s a good size of you ha e limited counter space or live in a small place. Comes with a cleaning brush and is easy to clean after each use

Great machine.
We bought while staying in a hotel. It did great. However due to the plates not detachable when we did hamburgers it was a nightmare to clean. The burgers turned out great though. Great little machine and light weight. I’d buy again.

Disappointed
Bought the new red version of it. Very disappointed by how small and plasticky it is, feels like a toy. The package was in good condition, and yet it still managed to come out of the box already broken. I’m returning it and replacing it with the bigger one with the temperature knob. Already bought one of those for my parents and wanted one for my apartment. For a few dollars more, it is worth it.
