I’ve had a number of memory foam pillows in the past, some that I’ve ‘got on with’ and some that I just haven’t - these pillows from ‘Not Swiss Cheese’ are different in that you can adjust the support that they give you, by taking out or putting in the shredded memory foam pieces. If you do take some out then please keep the ‘discarded’ pieces, just in case you need the extra support again. I do like these pillows, they are very comfortable, as supportive as you need them to be and nice and cool to sleep on. Happy to recommend.

I received this item via the vine programme and here is my honest and unbiased review.These memory foam pillows are really very very nice indeed. Tey emply shredded memory foam rather than a larger pad or layers of pads and because of this each piece of memory foam can squish independently and not be squashed by mere proximity. What an excellent idea! Better support!!I did find that one pillow was far too thick for my own needs and because of the accessability to the shredded foam inside by way of a zip, it was very easy to remove any over stuffing to make the pillow to my own specifications. Very nicely made in excellent materials, I am really very happy with thes pillows and I would recommend!!5 stars!

These pillows as sold are very firm. The firmness can be adjusted by removing some of the shredded memory foam.The zippered outer cover is machine washable. It's breathable and soft to the touch. They are a bit shorter so will swim a bit in an average sized pillow case.Overall when I adjusted the firmness they're very comfortable.

Once removed they expand to their full size within a couple of hours. They seem to be very well made, not lumpy at all and - initially - very comfortable. However after a couple of nights using them, both my wife and I feel that they are a little too hard. Having looked at some of the other reviews, I can see that some people have sorted this by removing some of the memory foam pieces, so I might try that.I was disappointed to see that these are noticeably shorter in length than standard pillows, so they do not sit well inside a standard pillowcase and look a bit odd when placed on top of a standard size (we always have two pillows each side of the bed).The construction quality can't be denied but the size issue is quite a big negative for me personally.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. This pillows arrive in nice zipped bags, although as they are pretty compressed, getting them back in (should you wish to) is a bit of a struggle.The pillows are full of little pieces of memory foam, so you can adjust the firmness by removing some of the foam if you wish to (we haven't). The pillows are the same size as our old ones.In use, the pillows are fairly firm and the "memory" effect is noticeable. They don't bounce back like normal pillows, and you don't sink into them so much. We used to have two pillows each, but with these pillows, we only need one pillow.The firmness took a bit of getting used to, but my husband has commented that since swapping to these pillows, he no longer wakes up with neck-ache.Recommended.
