nice knife I really love and bought second time
The media could not be loaded. the nice knife I have bought two times . the old bought in September 2018 which I still use . this time i buy for my mum，cos I use it very well . feel it very comfortable、 not too heavy not too light. use it cut vegs very good. the sharp blade cuts vegetables and meat very easy. it is not too big will not take your lots space to keep. nice knife I love it.

Bit of Learning Curve but I thoroughly enjoy it
The knife came razor sharp out of the box, so me being the mentally deficient person that I am, sliced off a chunk of my thumb after the first 15 minutes of use. I couldn't really enjoy the knife until my thumb got better, but boy did I enjoy it when I did. It's light without feeling cheap, well balanced, and well made for the price point. The steel isn't very hard, but stays fairly sharp with a honing steel. Might update my review after sharpening it on a whetstone. Most likely will forget though.

Good Value
The knife was bought alongside a Sushi kit, both of which were purchased as a gift and were very useful and appreciated by the recipient.

An interesting shape.
Is sharp when new. Feels nice to hold. If I could, I would like another one double its size for larger work as I’m used to a clever, never been a fan of slender chef knives so this kinda meets it ½ way. Knife is tall enough to use to scoop up chopped stuff to drop things in a pan yet small enough for precision. So far so good.

Good for nearly everything
Very sharp. It sits in the middle between normal knife and cleaver, which means that unlike normal knife, you can cut with entire lengt one handed. With normal knives I have to push blade with other hand if I want to cut something with the tip. Also, this knife is heavy.

Good quality highly recommend
The media could not be loaded. Very please with the quality of the knife. Very well packaged, light enough to handle but is still sturdy. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an all purpose kitchen knife.

Knife itself is good.
The knife itself is good, It works, It's sharp and it hasn't dulled as of yet.However... The handle itself could use a little work, it seems upon making this kife they decided they would make the wooden parts slightly too small, not too much to impact the use of the knife but just enough to really annoy you when you notice it.

Great quality, easy to use
Love it as it made me feel that I am a sushi master chef. Great quality and It is comfortable to hold. I feel it really easy to have thin layers with this knife, been tried it on fish fillet and pork loin, fab!
