The media could not be loaded. So iv just unpacked my bottle and unscrewed everything to find water already present underneath the plastic screw lid where the battery is. I'm guessing as there was no silica gel pack in with this device and the foam in the box is damaged it may be a used returned device.

Love how you can hear the excess gases being removed at the bottom and not a single taste or smell of any chlorine or anything like that but pure crisp water . Ive bought quite a few different models and this one is by far the best. Top notch
