Works great 4 me & price on point! Can take just 1 occas. Or 1+1 of choice. Lasts long!
I really liked these. I usually only take 1 at a time, as i was recently taught that more than 1mg of melatonin will make sleep worse eventually which is true. I am on a ton of pain meds & muscle relaxers for chronic pain & also an neurodivergent, but cant take anything for that issue during 2 pain meds. I was always taking 5mg melatonin & stopped working. Didn't want to increase it bc didn't want the crazy ass dreams to get bad again. We'll, shockingly, decreasing like the lady said made me.sleep better than I had in years, so i was taking 1 of these & 1 of a blend w/o any or just valerian & works great!

Does what it supposed to. Definitely helps me fall asleep.

Keeps me up all night. No sleep.
The first night I tried it I was up all night. No sleep for me. The next few tries worked ok. Then again an up all nighter. No good. Not effective. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I'm throwing the rest in the trash. I could have slept better taking nothing at all.

Don't look for this to help you go sleep quick and keep you asleep It does not do it
It did not make me fall asleep as fast as (sleep three) and it don't keep me asleep as long as (sleep three) so I just ordered me another box of sleep three
