I had purchased this Beet Root capsules to help with the circulation in my feet. I can honestly say about 3 days i wasn't feeling the numbness in my toes and feet anymore! Great capsules. Easy to swallow!

I take these to help with my blood pressure. There's no taste and they are easy to swallow since the capsules are small. The don't have a smell and have not caused any stomach discomfort. I would recommend these.

It is definitely helping with my BP. The beets is a good source in reducing your blood pressure.

I gave a 4 star as my last bottle smelled like garlic powder when I opened it. This is my 3rd bottle from this company and the other two just smelled like beets. I have been using them several months now and after about two weeks my BP was back to normal. I have learned never to take 2 at a time if I miss a dose as my BP drops too low and I feel awful.

This is a great product. My husband started taking this and within three weeks his blood pressure was 172/96 and as of this writing it’s now 117/78. We use this product in conjunction with magnesium and he also follows this with real beets, coconut water and fresh ginger smoothies.

This does help the heart as per research from web md but if you order this Brandi you will need to get past the after taste of the beet flavors. If you like beetroot taste this is for you. Good luck
