This is the first carbon fiber tripod that I owned and I have to say I am very impressed. It is very sturdy and very lightweight too. The carrying case for the tripod is perfect and fits in a very compact space. Everything on this tripod has a really nice sturdy design including an all metal design. The ball head is also very smooth and helpful for panning video. The red color scheme of the tripod locking mechanism fits really well with the colors and make the product look really cool when used.

Using this for photos and video in the field. Folds up very compact into a nice soft case. Love the ease of setup and the very nice adjustable ball head that allows portrait camera mounting. Will adjust to any height you may need. Can even use as a table top tripod with the legs folded out flat or you can invert the legs and put the camera at ground/table level. Well thought and engineered with a 6 year warranty!
