Impressive camping cook set!
Impressive little camping cook set! Will work great over a portable stove top or grill. I'd be careful using them over an open flame fire pit, though. The rubber handles are awesome for making a heat free handle, but I don't suspect they last well when exposed to direct flame. Do you're cooking over hot coals or a more controlled portable grill heat source.Portability is awesome! All pieces stack nicely together and fit easily into the black mesh drawstring bag. It's good size! Enough room in there to even fit a small set of cooking utensils (like a stirring spoon, spatula and tongs). Pots and pans are made with a nice "tephlon-esq" coating (don't know exactly what it is, but that's what it reminds me of). Keeps the food from sticking too much and really helps with clean up. And the large pot lid doubles to fit onto the skillet. All in all a great portable, compact, camping cooking set! Looking forward to our next outdoor trip!!

Great camping set with larger that average pieces
The pots and fry pan in the Alocs camping essentials are larger that the average camping cook set. I really appreciate having a larger fry pan since the fry pans in most sets are almost too small to be useful. The largest pot in this is bigger than I will probably ever need for camping with just 2 people. The set is decent quality and is easy to clean. It doesn't take up a lot of room when the pieces are all nested together. I also purchased the Alocs teapot which nests perfectly inside of the smaller pot.

Very sturdy and packs up well!
These are perfect for camping for 2. Lightweight but solid, and easy to clean. Love the design and durability. I wish they were slightly larger, but they are a good set, and I would purchase again. They nest inside of one another and don't take up hardly any cabinet space. Perfect for the casual camper. Very compact but capable. Just don't put them in the dishwasher when you get home or they will get spotty. When I cooked potato’s they did stick a bit. I still would recommend maybe just remember a little oil to help get the food to release.

Good for two people
The Alocs Camping Essentials Cooking Set is a solid option for family camping trips. I used this set on a recent outing, and it has a lot going for it. The compact design is clever, with all the pieces nesting inside each other, making it easy to store in my camping bin. This is handy when packing the SUV, especially with limited space. The set includes various pots, a pan, a kettle, bowls, and some utensils, offering enough variety to prepare different meals outdoors, whether it’s boiling water, sautéing, or cooking up a simple stew. One of the highlights is the lightweight and portable nature of this kit. Despite having enough pieces for family use, it doesn’t weigh much. The included carrying bag keeps everything together and helps with portability. The aluminum material heats up quickly, which is helpful when you want to get a meal going fast. I was able to boil water in the kettle in a short time, and the non-stick surfaces worked well for frying eggs and sausage without much sticking. Cleanup is fairly easy, though the ridges around the edges can trap food bits if you’re not thorough. There are a few downsides to note. The foldable handles on the pots and pans, while convenient, tend to get warm during cooking. I’d recommend keeping a cloth or gloves nearby to avoid burns. The included utensils are a bit flimsy and don’t hold up well when stirring heavier dishes, so you might want to bring sturdier ones. The largest pot is a bit on the small side if you’re cooking for more than four people. It worked fine for my wife and me, but for a larger group, you might need something with a bit more capacity.

Great size for portable stoves
I do a lot of camping and have various "cooking setups" for the different types. Full pans in the camper, usually just a small titanium cup for backpacking, and then these make a perfect nitch for car camping with a portable stove that is a little bit larger, like those classic coleman stoves. Of course they are light and packable, so if you are going on a backpacking adventure and plan to do more cooking than just heating water for freeze dried meals, they will work well for that. They seem as well made as other high end pots that I have tried and seem like they are up to the task for some real use in the field.
