Creatine, a cheat code for training.
0 side effects and tasteless. Excellent quality creatine that mixes well and has no gritty texture. My husband, who is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, has been using it consistently, and I decided to start taking it too. We've both been really impressed with the quality and value. It's now a staple in our daily routine, and we'll definitely be purchasing it again.

Simple, Pure, and Great Value Creatine
It's exactly what I was looking for. The powder is unflavoured, mixes well with water or a protein shake, and doesn't have an unpleasant taste. The 500g tub lasts a long time thanks to the large number of servings, so it's excellent value for money. I also appreciate that it's just pure creatine monohydrate without unnecessary extras. After taking it daily as part of my training routine, I've found it easy to stick to because it's so simple to use. It dissolves well enough with a quick shake, and I haven't experienced any issues with the product. If you're after a straightforward, high-quality creatine that delivers what it promises without fancy marketing or added ingredients, this is a great choice and one I'd happily buy again.

Pretty good, well priced creatine.
Great creatine. I only use this now. I have it in a glass of orange juice because I can't stand the stuff in water but that is the nature of such substances. They're not meant to taste nice, but give it a little stir with a teaspoon and it will dissolve. There is occasionally a bit at the bottom being stubborn that the stir missed but seems effective none the less with next to no texture. No stomach issues, dissolves fairly well. Can't say I've noticed a difference workout performance since I've been on it for so long but regardless when I first took it I think they improved but don't take my word for it lol.

Bad scoop, good product
Good, and good value for money. No weird flavour, dissolves quickly, doesn't leave much of a texture in water. I've had no side effects and seen a slight improvement in muscle recovery time. My one issue is that prevents it from being 5 stars is that the recommended dose is half a scoop. If the recommended dose is half, then make the scoops 3g! The scoop isn't marked to show the halfway point, so you have to use a food scale for accuracy.

Old Man Review: Extra Strength, Faster Recovery, Pumped for Longer
I'm 51. Weight trained all my life, and in the last year I've really struggled to maintain energy, strength, and shape. Even with a very high protein diet, I plateaued at a certain weight and just wasn't gaining muscle mass, so I added creatine to my diet. I don’t want to be big, I just want to be muscular. A few things to note: 1) The daily dose is 1/2 a scoop (3mg). From what I've read online, recommended daily intake should be 3-5mg. So you may not get as many servings as the description suggests. 2) For best results, take every day 3) It will take anywhere between 1-4 weeks before you notice a difference. 4) You must increase your water intake. Look online for recommendations. So, I weight train 4 days a week.... 6mg (1 scoop) on rest days. 12mg (2 scoops) on training days. My weight stopped plateauing and went on a steady increase and most of it was muscle (according to my scales). With more energy my rest time between sets reduced, my muscles ached less and more importantly, they looked pumped for longer. I guess that’s ‘Cellular Volumization’ . Basically, water inside your muscle cells. Perfectly healthy. Only downsides 1) It takes a while to dissolve in liquid and can be a little gritty if not mixed properly. 2) You can get bloating if you take a lot. I personally haven't had that. 3) You pee more. Me personally, a lot more Still, I’d recommend it, particularly if you’re of a certain age.

The powder turned blue when mixed with water
This is very disappointing, the powder literally turned blue when mixing with water (non flavoured) When I did some research why did that happened, I decided not to use this product. See the findings yourself: Not necessarily “bad for you,” but it does mean it’s not what you think you bought. Here’s the nuance that really matters: --- 🧩 When creatine turns blue, the issue isn’t toxicity — it’s purity Pure creatine monohydrate is boring. It dissolves clear, it has no flavour, and it never changes colour. So when a powder suddenly goes blue, it tells you: - It’s not pure monohydrate - It contains fillers, dyes, or pH‑reactive additives - The manufacturer is cutting corners or using a blend while marketing it as “creatine” That doesn’t automatically make it harmful, but it does make it unreliable — and reliability is the whole point of creatine. --- 🎯 So is this cheaper alternative “not good for you”? Here’s the honest breakdown: Not good for you if: - You want consistent dosing - You want evidence‑based creatine (monohydrate only) - You want no additives - You want third‑party tested quality - You want predictable absorption Because if a brand is adding dyes or mystery ingredients, you simply can’t trust the label. Not necessarily harmful The blue colour itself doesn’t mean it’s dangerous — it just means it’s not what you paid for. And with creatine being one of the cheapest supplements on earth, there’s no reason to compromise. --- 🧠 The real problem: trust Creatine is something you take every day, often for years. If a brand is willing to sneak in additives or blends, what else are they cutting corners on? That’s why most people stick to: - Creapure® - MyProtein Monohydrate (unflavoured) - Bulk Powders Monohydrate - Optimum Nutrition Monohydrate These never change colour, ever. --- 👍 My recommendation If your creatine turns blue, the simplest move is: - Return it - Switch to a reputable, unflavoured monohydrate Creatine is too cheap and too well‑studied to gamble on a weird batch.
