Overall a very good purchase. Great suction and perfect hose length for a 2-3 car garage. The fact that I can wall-mount it 4-5 ft off the floor is a huge benefit. A snap on accessory holder is a bit flimsy, and the hose severed at the base of the handle (not childproof) but was easily permanently repaired. These 2 cons are greatly outweighed by the pros.

We bought this for my car. The carwash was not working out for us. We can also vacume garage with it! The suction is pretty good. Sometimes it won't get things, but it's rare. Its so cool that it hangs in garage for easy storage. Hose is long. Comes with a ton of accessories!

For the price this is built like a paper doll. If I pull on the vacuum handle it comes apart and breaks off the hose line. There's a weird slider on the handle i guess to unclog it but it's super finicky and it decreases the suction I had to duct tape it closed. Another issue is that it's all plastic. I guess dysons are plastic but at least the build quality is respectful with a dyson. The hose reel is also pretty bad there's a good 5 ft I have to manually spin up by hand when putting it away. I mean it's a cool concept but it's not always easy to use. It does have good suction when it works. The hose length is awesome but it kinks and it doesnt retract all the way.

if you want professional quality equipment at your house this is one of the pieces you must have its easy to install the 30' foot hose makes it easy to vacuum the car without moving the car to get it closer to the vacuum and the suction is more then enough you will need for a car. and if you happened to get the one with the remote so you dont have to go back and fourth turning on and off is the game changer .this product is a must have for the car enthusiasts or someone who just likes to keep their stuff always looking nice

This has to be the best garage vacuum I have ever had! Super easy to clean, always ready for action and the retractable hose is such great help in the garage. I can clean the car and the laundry room and anything in the garage instantly and easily. One word of caution is the automatic shut down is super sensitive so any restriction in the flow for several seconds can cause the unit to shut itself off. Not a big problem just need to be aware when it happens to work out, whatever is binding in the line. It happens to all vacuums that are utility use.

UPDATE: Giraffe contacted us and worked with us on a partial refund for the unit. They were very responsive. The vacuum surprisingly seems to have enough suction (it does not feel like it with attachments on). It actually does a better job than a much more powerful shop vacuum that I have because of the attachments, which are awesome. The major downside to the vacuum is where the hose attaches to the coupler/handle. The hose does not really thread in, in a way where there is any real bite. So, if you grab the handle and pull to extend the hose, the hose will just detach and the hose will quickly just reel in, leaving you a handle with nothing attached. I saw this as a likely problem early on and should have sent it back. But, I didn't because of the ease of having it located where it is in my garage. So...................... Duct tape to the rescue and advised my wife to only pull by the hose and NEVER pull by the handle...... Kind of wonky...

Great way to eliminate dragging your shop Vac all over the building. It has decent suction power for a 30 foot hose. The auto rewind is the best part.

Could have a little bit more suction power and therefore less plastic. Unsure about the long jeopardy of the vacuum. I like that it comes with a lot of attachments.
