This really is good under makeup or alone. Doesn’t get gritty and peel off the face. I would buy ut again.

After spending much of my teens and 20s baking in the sun and tanning beds, I’ve done a total 180 and become a huge screen proponent and nerd. For a lot of reasons, I generally prefer Asian sunscreens, and if you have followed U.S. news lately you’ve probably seen that some of the filters/ingredients available Asian sunscreens sold in the U.S. must now be sold without them. Of course that means getting them directly from Asia, which is a little more complicated and has left a lot of us searching for high quality sunscreens with a combination of UVA/UVB protection and the silky skin feel we’ve come to love. Mineral sunscreens have always been a bit of a mystery to me as well, but they have come a very very long way since the days of white noses and zinc, and this Traceleds Mineral Sunscreen is an incredible example. First of all, it truly is traceless. It applies smoothies and rubs in easily without any tugging or spreading. If I didn’t know better I would think this is a chemical sunscreen, just from the ease of application. It leaves my skin looking fresh and moisturized with a teeeeeeeny tiny hint of a very subtle gold shimmer that is difficult to see unless you’re in great lighting (see my video), but really gives my skin a little hint of help. It dries down nicely and just feels like a high quality moisturizer with a little bit of that protective ceramide feel that makes it a great primer layer before foundation. Overall I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this sunscreen, my only reason for docking a star is the price. At a current price of $45 for 1.69 oz (or $23.63/oz) this is not inexpensive, and therefore not very accessible to many people. I am not opposed to paying for high quality skincare, and while I do enjoy this, I would probably opt to buy a similar quality product at a lower price point in the future.

Skincare, SPF, and primer in one. Love it

“Traceless” is a great description for this Beaty Pie sunscreen. It’s lightweight and smooths on so cleanly that I really can’t tell that it’s there beyond the faint golden sheen it leaves behind which is quite pretty and subtle. It’s not necessarily drying, but I don’t find it moisturizing either, so I like to use a moisturizer on top to give me some hydration. I like that it is both a sunscreen and a primer and it does leave a nice even surface for my makeup application. I also like that it doesn’t smell like typical sunscreen! The scent that it does have a very faint and natural smelling.

Okay I was skeptical. I opened this and I saw the beige like color and I was not sure if it would work for my skin tone. But it did blend out pretty well. There was a bit of white cast but it works in pretty easily. I do a lot of skincare with products that increase sensitivity to the sun so I am a sunscreen hog. This is a solid sunscreen. It doesn’t really have a scent. It’s lightweight, not drying and didn’t make me oily. Its SPF 30 and zinc based. I hateee hate the container. It is so stiff when you squeeze on it you either dispense too much or not enough. It’s also comes out with so much force you might lose product too. I would give this 4.5 because dispensing is a pain.

What a nice sunscreen! I've avoided using sunscreen under makeup because of the thickness and whiteness of it, but what a pleasant surprise it was applying Beauty Pie Traceless Mineral Sunscreen + Primer. It's so lightweight and spreads easily over the skin and doesn't leave a heavy or sticky feeling. It is slightly tinted and blends well leaving your face ready for makeup since it is a primer, too, and it doesn't take a lot to cover your face completely. I'm really happy with the quality and consistency of this sunscreen.

This blends in beautifully with my dark skin tone without leaving any white cast. It has no strong scent and doesn’t irritate my skin. It also doesn’t leave a heavy feel, greasy residue, or film on the skin. It feels just like a lightweight moisturizer that softens and hydrates the skin.

This is my first time trying a skincare product from this company and I am very impressed. Compared to many name products sold at retail stores, this facial sunscreen cream is super lightweight, is absorbed quickly and does not leave behind any white cast. Like its name, it is remarkably traceless. Combined with niacinamide and other nourishing ingredients, this is an excellent all-in-one day cream. Better yet, it smoothes out enlarged pores or imperfect skin texture reasonably well. It could be used under other cosmetics (foundation, concealer). I’d admit - its humble, hard plastic tube does not appeal to me initially. I do not think that gift recipients will readily appreciate its value.
