I went through a period in which I was getting one cavity after another, despite the fact that I do not eat sweets very much. After sitting in the dentist's chair one too many times I resolved to step up my efforts to prevent more cavities. Front and center was ACT Anticavity oral rinse. I liked that it had no alcohol and that I only had to use it once a day. For the past year and a half I have used the rinse nightly after brushing. The formula is a mild mint that doesn't make me want to spit it out the instant I begin to swish. Best of all are the reports I have received from my dentist during this entire period: no cavities! I credit ACT with this recurring good news. ACT is an inexpensive and effective way to prevent tooth decay.

The best thing about this is the packaging. I love being able to squeeze and dose without a separate cup. As for the mouth wash itself, it tastes great but it’s very gentle (doesn’t sting at all) and doesn’t deliver super long benefits for me personally.

This mouth wash is for prevention purposes, cleans and keeps your teeth strong. There has been a significant change in my teeth ever since I’ve used it. It is visibly cleaner and has that smooth and fresh feel you get right after the dentist. I had 0 cavities when I went to get a dental checkup. I follow the instructions and don’t drink or eat anything before the 30 minutes are up and I use this once a day.

I've had problematic teeth with sensitivity. After teeth cleaning, some teeth are very sensive again. After a few days, ACT mad the sensitivity disappear. I've been using it since it came out and I'm very satisfied!

I read that Fluoride Mouthwash is good for helping flight teeth decay, so I searched and found this on amazon. It seems hard to find the similar product in Australia, therefore, although it is a bit more expensive, it is still worth, i think. the flavour is much milder than I expected, so it is great, also as flavour is mild, children can use it too, my kids does enough using this mouthwash. I am so glad to found a product that the children also like it, as most of the mouthwash in supermarket are way too strong.

Decent taste, not overly sharp and unique bottle design limits to just giving out the recommended 10ml amount of liquid. I'm satisfied!
