Easy to use and gives relief
Great product for post-birth. Easy to freeze and use and gives short term relief for sore and sensitive areas.

Helps with inflammation, warms up quickly though but it feels enough for 1 “session”. Recommended.

Only thing that helped out with pain during my pregnancy. Very durable can use it for heating or cooling. Stays well in place. Freezes pretty fast also. I had terrible pelvic pain during pregnancy and this was the only thing that got me through the day.

Only cold doesn’t become hot tried both hot water and microwave .. it got bursted in the microwave after 3 seconds
