Good flavor for powdered and won't buy the commercial garbage food brands anymore!
For powdered skim milk it is good. I mix with filtered water, store in fridge and whisk next day so no foamy stuff on top. Tastes decent. I mean most folks don't like powdered milk but this is good. Still have powdered heavy cream from them. expired but still using for cooking, seems fine. The instant coffee is good too, buy for my husband.

Great product
This non-dry milk powder is exactly what I needed for the recipes in my kitchen. The value is great much cheap I don’t have any problem with digestion. It lasts a long time and you can use it for multiple things. Great product.

Great for recipes that call for milk
I use Anthony's Non fat Milk Powder as a back up for recipes that call for cows Milk (I drink only Nut Milks because of allergies). The powdered milk works great for this purpose because it last a year and I don't worry about having to refrigerate it. In the recipes the flavors works very well for my recipes.

Excellent Taste
This is a great product to have in the pantry in case you run out of fresh milk and haven't had time to put in a new order with the supermarket. It tastes much richer than fresh lowfat milk in the container. I also like that you can make one or two glasses at a time. I gave it only 4 stars because of 2 reasons. First is that it is not fortified with vitamin D and A, but than it wouldn't be as pure. Second, it is a little difficult to mix. I have been using a french whip which seems to make it a little easier. Regardless, I still recommend this product for what it is. Pure milk with shelf life.

Delicious milk powder
This powdered milk tastes good. It dissolves quickly. There are never any lumps. The powder reminds me of fresh milk when water is added. The price is reasonable. The packages are resealable. It protects the milk powder from humidity. The quality is excellent. There are no strange odors or discolorations in the powder.

Excellent fat free milk product.
My mom likes using powdered milk for her coffee on a daily basis. I like to have this on hand in case I run out of milk.

It doesn’t mix well and they can do better putting a scooper in it
It was hard to mix in order to mix it. I think you have to put hot water in and I was using it to make coffee. Creamer doesn’t work like that. It mix well.

No se logran quitar los grumos
El sabor en regular, pero lo incómodo es que no se disuelve del todo, y quedan grumos.
