I am changing my review to a 5 star! I have been working with Rebecca with the Votos Support Team on the trouble I had with this kid's smart phone. She has been amazing walking me though it all and even sending a brand-new phone which came in 2 days! I was truly impressed! She didn't give up on me, so I refused to give up on my end. My 4 yr. Old Granddaughter just LOVES this phone! She Won't leave the house without it! Thank you, Rebecca!!I cannot figure out how to download music for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The instruction is useless. I called Amazon, the rep could not really tell me anything and promised me a call back from technical support within an hour, the call never came! I called the next morning, I got a bit further after being on the phone for 45 minutes with a promise call back to where I work, Again NEVER got that call. I tried to Seach for a video to help me with this phone, NO luck. I may just send the phone back and get one local. I do a lot of business with Amazon, disappointed in them! I also emailed Vatos, with no response yet. Ugg!!

First one didn’t work but they sent a replacement. Rebecca was awesome with understanding.

Not what you’re thinking it’s gonna be it. It looks like it’s a phone and says that it has Wi-Fi but there’s only certain things that you can download with the Wi-Fi not like on a regular phone or any other device has Wi-Fi where you can download Netflix or videos or anything like that pretty much all you can download is kids YouTube which sucks so it is not Great value. It’s very very cheaply made games are not good quality and not age-appropriate not to mention it doesn’t work half the time and it glitches a lot.

My 6- year old has been begging me for a phone. I was not getting them a real phone. This one fit the bill. It connects to the Internet and has tons of games on it. My child has been taking pictures and videos on it. It's educational, fun, and a great price. The battery life isn't the best but that's ok because my kid doesn't need to be on it for very long. All in all it was a good purchase other than battery life.

My grandchild had a hard time using this phone. The company refunded the money so I was able to get him something else. Wow! They really stood behind their product.

The media could not be loaded. Right out of the box I got this Stroing affect trying to get this toy going for my grandson and then it would shut off. Eventually, we got it going still strobes occasionally the games do not have any explanation whatsoever and some are kind of hard to figure out, especially with a toddler, not impressed however, they’re sending me another one and we’ll see if this one does any better. Grandson loves it however he’s four.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter in October. It worked fine at first and then a few days after delivery, the screen started glitching and would sometimes shut down whatever app she was on. I put in a product support request due to the issue and have not received a response.
