Great for me starting into the hobby.
Great starter eyepieces for me as I start my journey into astronomy and astrophotography. The eyepieces are solid, and the optics appear good, especially at this price point. I would recommend these for anyone starting this hobby. Of course, there are better eyepieces; however, there are others that are not as good.

Solid performance for value eyepieces.
Really solid eyepieces at a great price. Image is clear and has a nice field of view. The amount of eye relief can be a bit challenging with my glasses.

Excellent Wide-Field Lens for the Money
This is a great sharp, clear, wide-field eyepiece lens at a reasonable price. I bought this 15mm eyepiece as an intermediate between the stock 10mm and 20mm eyepieces that came with my telescope. I chose the SVBONY eyepiece because it was reasonably priced and advertised a wider field of view. When I first got it, I noticed right away that the lens in this eyepiece was actually slightly larger than the lens in the 20mm eyepiece that came with my telescope. When I first tested this 15mm eyepiece in my scope, I was amazed at the bright, wide field images it delivered - sharp all the way out to the edges. Using my 1000mm focal length scope, it yielded 67X, which gave awesome bright, sharp, wide-field images of the moon! Coupling this eyepiece with my 3X Barlow lens yielded really nice wide-field, high-power images as well. I am really impressed with this product - Five plus stars!

A really nice eyepiece, It's a keeper.
I have reviewed several products from Svbony. I am happy to say, the Svbony 20mm 68 degree UW lens is a keeper. This product it built well, provides crisp clear images and is stable while zooming, even with a Barlow lens. The construction is excellent and it is a very nice looking eyepiece to top it off. I've attached an image of the lens to give some idea of its size. I've also attached a couple photos' of the moon, taken with my small inexpensive Celestron StarSense 100mm telescope, while using the 20mm lens. The focal length for this product works well in conjunction with the glass size (diameter). The eyepiece is easy to use and viewing planets and the moon is enjoyable. I have a similar lens from another higher end brand which cost more and does not perform at the level of this Svbony product. I can highly recommend this eyepiece to anyone seeking an Ultra Wide 20mm lens for their collection.

Great optics for the price
This has become my new favorite eyepiece due to its clarity and versatility. With a 2x Barlow it gives good magnification for planetary viewing/imaging in my 8" Dob, or by itself it has a nice wide view through my 102mm refractor. Views are crisp, though there is some distortion near the edges of the FOV (not horrible compared to other wide view eyepieces I've looked through). Of course, an eyepiece from a more well-known brand that costs 4-10x more is going to give you clearer/crisper views, but unless you just have money to throw around you're not going to be disappointed with the Svbony. Attached photos are taken with my phone (Pixel 8 Pro) through this eyepiece. Saturn was a video through my Dobsonian processed with PIPP/Autostakkert. M13/M57 are single 20-second exposures through my 102mm achromatic refractor, cropped/edited in Photoshop Express (free) mobile app.

Great, for the price
Works really well for providing an affordable wide view, that being said, it does have a noticeable amount of coma in my f/6 8 inch dobsonian, as well, in comparison to my explore scientific 25mm Plossl, it lets in a noticeable amount less light. It is not perfect but for the price, you really can’t beat it, heck it’s a lot better than spending 2-3x the money for a comparable product

Ok for the money
I think this eyepiece is ok for the money but it is obviously a cheap lens with potential quality control issues. I found some black paint on the outside of the barrel. The inside of the barrel is painted with the same paint. I unscrewed the barrel to look at the optics setup and flakes of the this paint came off. Not a big deal but it certainly is not instilling confidence. I am new to astronomy and I was hoping to get significant better image quality out of this over the stock 10mm Skywatcher Super 10. Clearly this Svbony has a much wider field of view and better eye relief, which is nice. However I experience a lot of "kidney beaning" mitigating part of this wider FOV. In a daytime test trying to read the text of some far away sign I thought I found a somewhat clearer image compared to the Super 10, however for planetary viewing I found this potential advantage rather negligible. All in all I don't regret getting this eyepiece. It doesn't cost all that much, makes viewing a bit more comfortable, and a potentially a bit clearer, but don't expect miracles. These ship from China so it can take a bit.
