I originally got a WiFi camera, but then I couldn’t use my phone because if I got put of the app I couldn’t see my baby. I love this because it comes with a separate monitor. The monitor is really good I can see my baby with no problem. The night vision is also really good and it will automatically switch to day time and night time with no problem and no delay. The noise is really good and I can hear the baby every time he moves, which is great. The camera is lightweight and wasn’t hard to put on the wall at all. You get a good product for your money. If you are looking for a monitor this is a good one especially if you don’t want to have to go back and forth between apps on your phone. Having the handheld monitor is the best Once I put my baby to bed I can do what I need to do. I don’t have to worry about using the screen for anything else. The charge is pretty good on this I charge it in the morning and I usually use it from 8-11 with plenty of charge left. I chalked it up to my daughter being rough with it and throwing it off the bed, etc. so I had no problem purchasing a second.We purchased the exact same monitor in August 2018, and here we are in November and we are having problems with this one. It won’t charge half the time and if it does, it won’t hold a charge for more than an hour. It also randomly shuts off even when plugged in or fully charged. Doesn’t exactly give you peace of mind knowing that it could shut off at any time, especially during the night when you need it most.I should add that we have been extremely careful with the second one assuming that the first monitor’s dysfunction was due to our own carelessness. Now I’m skeptical.I’m now on the hunt for a third monitor and won’t be repurchasing from this company. It’s just so disappointing to spend a good chunk of money on a product (twice) and have these types of issues.It was easy to set up and easy to use..just cheaply made apparently.Don’t make our mistake.
