Received my neck massager today. Didn't take long to fully charge it. Have used it twice so far for short periods until my neck muscles get used to it. I plan on using before bed tonight also. Very impressed with the constuction of the neck massager...not cheap feeling and material seems very durable. Gives an impressive neck and base of neck, where it meets the shoulders, massage and the heat feels good. The second time I used it I would turn my head bit to localize the massage to an area right behind the ear where I tend to get real tight. Did that for both ears and it really helped. Hopefully with regular use I can prevent the neck pain and stiffness I get as a result of past injury but if I do I think thr neck massager will loosen things up The massager works the neck muscles like my chiropractor so hopefully the next time my neck gets real painful I can avoid a doctor visit. Also like that it's portable so I can bring it with on longer car rides where I usually get lot of stiffness. I Like the fact that it has the strap you can hook so you can use it while doing your household chores like vacuuming. One thing I would like to see it come with is little storage bag so you can keep the cord with it if you bring it in the car or even just storing it between uses in the house. As I'm writing this review I just put it on again to try the three different modes because I was going to write about the manual doesn't say what each mode does. As I'm sitting here going through the modes I decide that it wasn't necessary. I can't say enough about how nice it feels. Im not sure which mode I like the best, they all feel relaxing....think I'm going to go the full 10 minutes that is recommended this time. Highly recommend this neck massager. UPDATE: I just convinced my husband to try the neck massager. He doesn't think much about stuff like this but after I started it up I may have to fight him for it. I can see him being a regular user of it also. He sits at a desk for work all day and this should help the neck strain he gets. Day two: brought over to my neighbor, who has neck issues like mine and she's sold on it. Also tried it in the car and I'll be bringing it on all my car rides

I received this rechargeable neck massager yesterday and have already used it several times. I was a little worried before buying it because I’m quite slim, and I thought the massage balls might feel too intense or even painful on my neck. Fortunately, that hasn’t been the case at all. One thing I really like is that you can easily adjust the pressure just by changing your position. For example, leaning back against a cushion gives a firmer massage, while sitting upright makes it much gentler. That flexibility makes it easy to find the perfect level of pressure, and instead of discomfort, I feel real relief. I also thought the built-in 10-minute timer would be too short, but it actually turns out to be just right. By the end of the session, my neck feels relaxed, and I don’t find myself wishing it lasted longer. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s well designed, easy to use, and surprisingly effective.

This has done wonders for my tight neck and back. I love the 3 options for different massage styles and the heat is great but I don't notice much difference when I choose between the speed options. It is quiet and I use at my desk. I also wish the massage knobs weren't so hard and wish they had been made out of something just a tad softer like silicone like some other models. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I just got this today and have already used it twice. My neck has been locked up on and off for weeks. I work a desk job and by the end of the day my neck and shoulder would be so stiff and I would have a headache. I have been researching way to help my neck, to avoid the cost of multiple chiropractor visits, and this messager kept popping up. A late night order out of desperation has been a god send, I already feel relief! If you’re on the fence, just buy it! You won’t regret it!!

My cordless neck massager arrived a couple of days ago. I purchased it because a friend recommended it to me, and I was truly impressed the first time I tried it. It is incredibly soothing and really helps relieve neck pain. I’ve had tightness and discomfort in my neck for quite a while, and this massager made a noticeable difference. It has four massage nodes that target different areas, and the pressure is just right. You can also adjust the intensity, which is a great feature. It really helps loosen the tight muscles around my neck. There are two loops at the ends of the straps where you can place your hands to control the pressure and position it exactly where you need it. That makes it very easy to customize the experience. Not to mention the heat function—it adds an extra level of comfort and makes the whole experience even more relaxing. I also tried lying down with the massager on, and it honestly felt like a professional spa treatment at home. Overall, this little gadget delivers a surprisingly luxurious and effective massage experience.

I absolutely love this massager! It has really helped ease my neck and shoulder pain, but what I love most is how portable it is. I was able to pack it with me on a short hike in the beautiful, peaceful mountains. When I found a spot to sit and relax for a while, I pulled it out and used it while enjoying the scenery. It made an already peaceful moment even more relaxing! I love being able to take it with me and have some much-needed neck and shoulder relief wherever I go.

It honestly genuienly sucks. I had the previous, wired version and that one is/was better in literally every regard. The battery on this thing is awful. Needing 3 hrs to charge, but only having power for about 1hr worth of massage is retarded. And the fact that we can't keep it plugged in and in use is the nail in the coffin. Save your money, people. Don't buy this product. The battery sucks, the strap size assumes everyone has a bmi of like 40. I'm 6ft 190 and even filly tightened on my waist, it mostly just hangs off me, unless i push my back up against the chair, like a bear or something. The previous wired version blows this one out of the water. I'll never buy a newer version from comfier. Their products seem to be getting worse over time. And that auto shut off that can't be changed is insane. Even if the heat function is off, nope, just can't stop it from turning off every 10 minutes. 1/5 Don't BUY!!!!

I suffer from chronic neck pain and tight knots, my husband got me this as a gift and I could not be happier! The massage is so amazing, I need a pretty intense massage to really work out the knots and neck and shoulder tightness and pulling the straps gives me the exact intensity I need and relives my muscle pain and headaches. It’s easy to use and without pulling the straps is a pretty gentle massage. The only thing I’d improve was I’d prefer the heat be able to go higher, I don’t feel much with the heat setting turned on.

After using up all my visits to massage therapist after having a bad wipe out skiing and hurting my neck I decided to try this shiatsu massager.I like a deep hard massage and my husbands hand would get tired trying to get the pressure I like.It gives a deep massage to really get into the knots.I recommend only using for the allotted time of 15 minutes as the first time I used it I was enjoying it so much I used it for 1/2 hr and Boy was I tender the next day.The heat option is nice and you can wear it and walk around if you wish. So far I’m really happy with my massager and my neck feels 100% better,

I got a similar neck/shoulder massager more than a decade ago at a fair (they always get you at those demos) and I have hardly used it because it was so heavy and unwieldy and I could never really target the stiff muscles in my shoulder or neck to my satisfaction. So I was a bit wary that this similar style one would have the same issues, but it was great! Lightweight, sits in the right spot on my shoulders while on the couch watching TV so I can rest my head on it as well and not have to hold my head up. I can easily slide it up or down to neck or upper back and get a really good amount of pressure to relieve tightness. I'm really happy I got this and have used it more times in one week than I've used my old one in the last 10 years. This runs for 15 minutes at a time and auto shuts off, but you just start it up again, it doesn't overheat and have to 'take a break' to cool down (my old one did that, you could only use it for half an hour and then you'd have to wait for over an hour for it to cool down, then it would only run for 15 min. and have to cool down again). The price on this is also great value for money.

I have suffered with a back bad, neck and shoulders due to car accidents and injuries for more than 20 years. I've seen countless chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, acupressure, Reiki, cupping, physiotherapists, etc, etc. As fantastic as these treatments are they really add up not to mention who has time for that when you work and are a full time MOM??? Within the first 15 minutes after using this massager I am relaxed, feel less pressure, less tight, and feel comfortable and soothed. The amount of pressure that it applies is perfect for me. It is really getting into those tight knots in my neck and back that have already delivered much needed comfort and alleviated soreness. I have a different brand of shiatsu back massager that initially felt good, but the aftermath of using it was so horrible the next day that it actually made me feel worse. This is perfect for eliminating really sore muscles and knots while delivering soothing comfort. The amount of heat that it imparts is soothing as well. I absolutely LOVE that the massaging nodes change direction while massaging. I go to bed with sore back and neck daily and can't sleep because of it. After using this I feel like a million bucks! I just don't have enough to say about this! Grateful for relief of pain in the comfort of my own home! Unsure? TRUST ME....GET THIS ONE!!!

It’s great but there is not much heat. I don’t feel the heat on my shoulders where I have a T-shirt on. Feel a bit of heat on my neck where there is no piece of clothing!
