m extremely happy with this product! I noticed a real improvement in my milk supply in a short amount of time, and I love that it’s made with organic, vegan ingredients. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take. I also appreciate the clean formula and the fact that it supports both milk production and nutrition. I would definitely recommend this to any breastfeeding mom looking for a natural and effective supplement.

I started taking Milkapalooza when I wanted a little support with my milk supply, and it’s been one of the more reassuring additions to my postpartum routine. I didn’t expect immediate overnight results, but after a few days of consistent use, I genuinely noticed a fuller feeling and stronger let-downs during pumping sessions. It’s subtle in the best way — steady improvement rather than a sudden shock to my system. One of the things I really like about this formula is that it’s fenugreek-free. I’ve tried other supplements in the past that used fenugreek, and they left me dealing with some unpleasant body odor surprises — which this one thankfully avoids. Instead, it uses a blend of ingredients like moringa, fennel, nettle, and shatavari, and they seem to work together nicely without giving me any unwanted side effects.

I followed the instructions and noticed a gradual increase in milk supply after a few days. I appreciate the herbal ingredients. Capsules are easy to take and have no unpleasant taste. Results may vary, but it worked well for me. I would purchase again.

I’m a “Just enougher.” My 1st breastfeeding journey started with a tongue-tie baby, postpartum depression, clogged ducts & mastitis. I breastfed for 14.5 mos but towards the last few mos my supply decreased significantly and I ran through my stash. Ultimately, I stopped due to having a surgery. This time, I would like to make it to at least 16 mos, so I’ve diligently been building a stash as a backup in case of problems in the future. So, I wanted to try something to increase my supply. My baby is naturally gassy unfortunately so I wanted to opt for less harsh herbs. Instead of 3x/day I have been taking them twice daily for 12 days and have seen an increase of 1/2- 1 ounce when I pump. So, it isn’t a waste but I’m not 100% it’s worth it. Of course, if I take them as directed I may see an increase but I don’t know if it would be significant enough to justify the price vs the output increase. I understand for some people 1/2 to an ounce is life changing, but at the moment I’m making more than my baby needs because he is only 7 weeks old. I’m considering trying Liquid Gold to compare, also twice daily to start. The taste isn’t the best going down initially, but it isn’t terrible and they’re pretty easy to swallow. No side effects for us. EDIT: I do want to add that the company reached out to me regarding my initial disappointment (well, I wasn’t really disappointed. Just didn’t see a significant increase) and I really appreciated their concern & prompt customer service. For this reason alone I would try other products and recommend others try as well. This one didn’t work for me, but it has/can for others & the same goes for the other products as well!

They definitely worked, helped my letdown and engorged my slacker boob. However if I took too many it made me gassy/made my stomach upset.
