I’m honestly surprised because you never know what is a scam out there. There is a lot of useless milk supply supplements. And as a mom when you’re struggling you’ll try anything. I’ve been using this for a week now and my supply has doubled. The pills are huge but worth it.

I am not an over producer. These dont make me overproduce. But i am able to feed him and pump some for when he goes to his grandparents. I know this brand doesn’t work for everyone but they do for me and if you’re struggling it’s worth it to give it a shot. I know they are pricey. I love knowing I am feeding my baby the best. This my 4th bottle. The first bottle gave me constipation, I think. So I just keep hydrated. I sip an electrolyte throughout the day and of course incorporate fiber into every meal. I think I also got headaches but as long as I eat and get sleep I’m fine. I just take them with water but I’ve never had a problem swallowing pills. The ingredients are herbs and it’s in a capsule so they’re flavorless and I haven’t noticed an aftertaste.

These gave me 2-3 more ounces within the first few days. I started taking them only morning and night until I could see if they bothered my LO. But baby has been great, if anything the fennel seed has made it easier for her to pass gas, so that’s a major win! I take with food and haven’t experienced any side effects. Make sure you notice it’s 60 pills so it’s only a two week supply at full dosage.

I’m a “Just enougher.” My 1st breastfeeding journey started with a tongue-tie baby, postpartum depression, clogged ducts & mastitis. I breastfed for 14.5 mos but towards the last few mos my supply decreased significantly and I ran through my stash. Ultimately, I stopped due to having a surgery. This time, I would like to make it to at least 16 mos, so I’ve diligently been building a stash as a backup in case of problems in the future. So, I wanted to try something to increase my supply. My baby is naturally gassy unfortunately so I wanted to opt for less harsh herbs. Instead of 3x/day I have been taking them twice daily for 12 days and have seen an increase of 1/2- 1 ounce when I pump. So, it isn’t a waste but I’m not 100% it’s worth it. Of course, if I take them as directed I may see an increase but I don’t know if it would be significant enough to justify the price vs the output increase. I understand for some people 1/2 to an ounce is life changing, but at the moment I’m making more than my baby needs because he is only 7 weeks old. I’m considering trying Liquid Gold to compare, also twice daily to start. The taste isn’t the best going down initially, but it isn’t terrible and they’re pretty easy to swallow. No side effects for us. EDIT: I do want to add that the company reached out to me regarding my initial disappointment (well, I wasn’t really disappointed. Just didn’t see a significant increase) and I really appreciated their concern & prompt customer service. For this reason alone I would try other products and recommend others try as well. This one didn’t work for me, but it has/can for others & the same goes for the other products as well!

I am not sure if it is this or the boobie bear gummies I am taking. It took about 3 days, I was skeptical at first but my milk supply has increased 1-2 oz per pump. I finally am able to start creating a stash for when I return to work. Definitely worth the try and also make sure to hydrate. I think that’s why it didn’t work first day or two, but I made sure to get at least 120oz and that seemed to help. If you are skeptical, definitely worth a try!
