Disheartening as did not connect with My iPhone. Even after multiple attempts, the password was being shown as wrong, despite typing the same password as shown on the screen. The number provided in there also did not respond instead got connected to sellers on IndiaMART. Amazon should discourage such products and sellers as it is a sheer wastage of time.

Packing was opened and dirty. Product looked like someon had used it befor and has scratches. Factory reset is not working. No custemer support.
