Review: Perfect Clothes Steamer - I bought the Fridja f10 Handheld Clothes Steamer for a business trip because I was fed up with arriving at my hotel, unpacking my shirts, and finding them completely creased. Hotel irons are always a gamble - some barely work, others leak, and I never feel confident that they’re clean. I needed something compact, powerful, and easy to use, and after looking at a few options, I decided on the f10. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. What surprised me the most was how strong the steam is. It heats up in under a minute and releases a powerful, steady flow that actually smooths out wrinkles instead of just making fabric damp. I tested it on a work shirt that had been stuffed in my suitcase, and within a few passes, it looked freshly pressed. It works great on trousers too, and I don’t have to worry about scorching delicate materials like I did with an iron. One of the features I really like is the water bottle adaptor, which is perfect for travel. Instead of carrying a bulky water tank, I can just screw on a regular bottle and steam away. The portable hanger is another nice touch, letting me hang up shirts anywhere, making steaming even easier. The collar press attachment is something I didn’t even know I needed until I used it - my shirts actually look crisp and structured rather than just “refreshed.” It’s also incredibly lightweight and well-designed. Review: A major fault which is either present immediately or it will develop. Steer well clear. - My 1st purchase simply did not work. The replacement worked effectively for 5 minutes. Then a knocking noise developed. Then a long pause between pressing the trigger and the steam issuing out and the pause is getting longer. Now all the above but the steam is issued intermittently. There seems to be a major weakness in what would otherwise be a great item. I am now replacing with a more tried and tested make.

**Q: Hello I used the steamer once then have not used for months when I plug in the lights come on and switch from red blue green etc but no steam appears**
A: Well that is exactly what happened to mine. 
My failed after three uses and because it was 4 days over the waranty, the company did not want to know!!!
There is clearly a reliability problem which the company is ignoring.

A: Steam is typically 100C to 150C

**Q: What kund of electrical plus is it? is the option of EU possible when ordering**
A: It has a UK 3 pin plug

**Q: Do you have to press hard with this on garments and where do you hang your garments to do it s I have glass doors**
A: No you do not press hard the steam does the work it helps if you hold the fabric. I do hang my garment on a door handle to do this without any problems. I guess the glass door would get steamed up!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressive steamer

This was my first clothes steamer so I didn’t really know what to expect. It’s very easy to use and heats up quickly. I’ve used it on shirts, t-shirts and a few chinos and it’s done a great job removing creases without needing to get the ironing board out. It’s not quite as powerful as a full iron on very stubborn creases, but for everyday use it’s much quicker and more convenient. Happy with the purchase.
