Review: Good Quality, easy to assemble and use. - This hose was ordered and delivered the following day. The FitLifeEU had 95% of the washers and parts already assembled at both ends of the hose and I only had to screw one part onto my garden tap and plug the spray nozzle into the other end of the hose which already has the brass fittings on the howe. There were 8 settings on the spray nozzle which is very usefull. My favourite is the spray setting which is very powerfull but is so fine it didn't damage any of the flowering plants or dislodge the plums on out 7ft high plum tree. All the fittings were solid brass. it comes with fittings for both 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch taps. The instruction leaflet is very precise and allowed me to set everything up in about 40 minutes. There were no leakages when I used the hose. The hose itself expands to 100 feet when you turn the tap on and when you are finished watering and have turned the tap off is easy to coil for storage. If you want to store it next to your garden tap, desertcart do a range of wall brackets. This is a high quality product and is good value, as it looks to be a durable product. I recommend this product on my experience since I received it.

A useful piece of information: they used to be impossible to repair: unlike traditional vinyl hose, you can't simply cut it and pop in a new connector. Recently, manufacturers have introduced expanding hose repair kits - typically brass, in either 1/2 or 3/4 inch. You can buy them on desertcart. So this FitLife hose turned up today and I can see straight away that the engineers have been on this issue with the stress on the pipe connectors. These new ones are way longer and very well made. Time will tell, but it looks like this should survive a while. All supplied fittings, including spare o-rings (thank you...) are nicely made. Worth the money by the look of it.

**Q: What is the length when I receive the hose? The box is small, and I can't believe it's the right length I ordered!**
A: Being able to expand to 3 times its original length is a unique feature of this hose. The original lengths of 5m/7.5m/10m will expand to 15m/22m/30m respectively. Please refer to the instructions to ensure correct operation.

**Q: Can I use this hose on a hose reel?**
A: When the water is drained out, the hose will return to its normal size, then store the hose in a bucket. A Hose Reel is not suitable since pulling the hose from the reel might damage the inner latex tube.

**Q: Missing 1/2" or 3/4" parts?**
A: 1/2" and 3/4" tap adapters are connected together and attached to one end of the hose. Or in a bag with the instructions.

**Q: How to store expandable hose during winter?**
A: Please complete drain all water from the hose, seal in plastic bag and store in warm place like basement. After winter, attach it to faucet then slowly allow water flow, allow hose to expand gradually to avoid damage by high pressure flow.

This hose was ordered and delivered the following day. So far, so good. Have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Leaks a bit around the spray head end, but this seems par for the course with all of these expandable hoses. I like the strong brass fixings though and it attaches firmly to the garden tap. It reaches right across my large garden without tangling and has a good selection of spray options. Not cheap, but does the job better than previous ones which had plastic fittings and thinner hoses.
