If you are new to using a menstrual cup, this is a MUST-HAVE! It is a little tricky to get the cup lined up in there correctly, but that may just be user-error. I don't think I could have successfully transitioned from toxic tampons to the menstrual cup without this handy device!

Way bigger than I was expecting and I gave it a few tries, it does not work. It’s not easy to use, the cup I have wouldn’t even go in the applicator straight, will be looking for a different one, that’s more portable and smaller. Not comfortable at all.
