Highly recommend

HARMFUL: with out knowledge of proper USE!!!!!
I will come back to update. I got this An immediately put it on no problems , Not tech savvy So Had to write to company (they were amazingly concerned an most helpful) I Didn’t Have info needed as to usage an had mine on 3-4 hrs an All felt fine . I was having A very bad day the day after .That said, as of Today I’m now using Manual Company provided. The day I received my SpineSpy I had written to them asking how to get Link an Told them I had item on 3 hrs . Today I am starting my spine journey properly- IF U SEE NOTHING EXCEPT HEADLINE PLZ That Is Best Thing I can Say @ this point But Plz Know I WILL UPDATE NEXT WEEK 8/21/18 . It is comfortable enough
The company delivery is very dependable. I advise anyone who decides to this to work their "therapy time" in gradually. I used it all day the first day and it made my muscles very sore. In hindsight, I didn't consider that it will be retraining new muscles in a new way and I might need to not overdo it. I will say my back felt easier to maintain good posture the next day. While comfortable enough, it is certainly not "invisible under clothes". However, given the the potential therapeutic benefit, I am willing to overlook this. After using it for awhile, I may be able to give a more useful review.

Easy to use
I'm excited for this product. I've started wearing it around the house and it's Berri easy to put on/ take off. And it's a lot more comfortable on than I thought it would be. I also like how it covers the Dowager's hump. Hoping it will help that as well!
