Damaged float orange square one
One of the main floats orange one was damaged whilst opened on holiday shop assistant went to pump it up with air and it had a hole in it and tried to repair it but my child was upset as I had to buy another one please can I just get a refund I have received an email which I can not reply back too please can you refund me rather then replacement and I will buy aother product thank you
