Broke my straighter and steamer - conversion did not work.

Failed after minimal use
I bought this converter for use on a trip to Spain. It worked well. Three months later, on another trip to Italy, the 220 to 110 voltage step down circuit of this converter failed. The USB circuits continued to work. I’m not happy this voltage converter failed with minimal use.
