What i like most in the tumbler is its volume and the fact it's very narrow - perfectly fitting the side pocket of my bag and feels good and comfortable in the hand. The defuser is also great and keeps all pulps and leaves in.It keeps beverages quite warm for quite a long time, but not as much as stated, maybe 5-6 hours.My unit dripped a lot after it had been in my bag which had fallen on the floor. It is not constantly dripping, but when is a bit challenged - it will.My bamboo cover started expanding and detaching of the tumbler itself, and I have it in my possession for less than 2 months and used it very rarely.All in all I wouldn't buy it again. It's very comfortable, but feels of very low quality with the dripping and cover expansion.

I love this thermos (although calling it a thermos is like calling a computer a calculator- such an understatement)!! The design is very sturdy. To brew: simply unscrew the lid, lift the small handle on the steeping basket inside and turn slightly to release it. The top of the steamer basket twists off and you put your loose leaf tea or tea bags in and replace the top of the basket. Then twist the steeping basket back into place and pour your hot water in. Tip: to avoid spillage pour the water in slowly as it takes a second to run through the tea. Replace the tumbler lid and allow to steep. I like to put a touch of cream and honey in my tea so I remove my tea bags before I drink it but I don’t think it’s necessary.Summary: Easy to use, easy to clean, and tea/coffee inside stays hot for a ridiculously long time (I didn’t time it but it was hours for sure). I haven’t used it for infusing fruit water or keeping anything cold yet but I can’t wait to try it! I love mine so much I bought my mom one too as she is the one that originally turned me onto hot tea. She loves it!

Amazing Bamboo Tumbler! after using the bamboo tea infuser i had to come on and write a review. It's amazing! the bamboo tea tumbler is so versatile! I use it for my tea and my husband uses it as a tea infuser travel mug for work. We both love it so much i'm going to have to get him one too lol The bamboo tea infuser really works with coffee! the quality is excellent. The box it came in is so pretty that i didn't even throw it away! I love the bamboo cover it's so gorgeous and natural looking. it's stainless steel so it holds the temperature like it says it does. No funny odor unlike other's i've tried. the top seals well so no leakage at all! We love our bamboo tumbler!

I’ve been using this tea tumbler now for about two weeks. I can’t say enough good things about it! First off, it's stunning! Yes it's just a tea thermos but even the packaging wowed me! It would be a perfect gift. I plan on picking up a few more because my friends have already commented on mine. This is the perfect size, not too big and bulky but holds all you need. I am impressed it doesn’t leak and keeps my tea nice and hot for hours! What makes it so special is that it is both a tea and fruit infuser. Super easy to infuser your tea leaves or you can just put in a tea bag. I am personally a big fan of loose leaf tea so this is heaven! Haven’t tried to infuse using fruit yet but I do plan on trying that next. This tea tumbler was one of my favorite purchases of the year and I buy A LOT on Amazon!

Great tumbler but can be hard to hold unless you have big hands. The tumbler only keeps water hot about 6-hrs. I notice a lot of heat escaping from the top lid. However, I use it to hold hot water at my desk along with my current cup (34 oz of tea) without having to get up and go to the office kitchen. So for my purposes it works.

It's a beautiful product. 3 stars overall because of the following. Durability: I have been using this bottle daily for tea. This morning, however, the stainless steel part inside the lid came off when I opened the bottle to add hot water to my lemon grass. So, I screwed the lid back on, reopened the bottle and the stainless steel part snapped back to the inside but now the lid doesn't close. I'm thinking the part that came off is not sitting right. I've tried to take that part off but it won't come off. So, even thought I loved this bottle, I bought 2 bottles. One for me and one for my daughter. I'm going to have to return mine and I will ask my daughter to keep an eye on that part when she starts using hers. I gave the easy to hold bottle 3 stars because it needs a strap. It would be so much more convenient to hold if it had a strap. Cleaning it's not really an issue for me. I really wanted to keep this bottle. It looks great, I love the infuser and the fact that you can separate the infuser and the other basket. However, it's useless with a broken lid and very disappointing when it lasts only a couple of weeks.

Very classy looking and great quality. Packaging is very nice and it didn’t have a weird smell like other bottled purchases I’ve made with amazon.

I can make some hot tea in the morning, take it with me for an afternoon of errands and monthly grocery shopping, and have it still be at my favorite temperature for me afterwards. Makes it like a special treat after a long afternoon that I didn't have to do much for. I've dropped it a few times, and did the 'spill' test, and it's lived up to all of my expectations. It is easily my favorite Tumbler!
