Our large labrador cross turned incontinent overnight and we have been told to medicate him with propaline syrup but until we can see if this works we need to use diapers. We purchased these in a size L/XL and they are a perfect fit. You have to make sure they are secured tightly enough else they will leak but equally not too tight that they cause discomfort. This may take a couple of attempts to get right so we ordered two washable reuseable absorbency mat pads which catch any overspill and protects his bed and our wooden floors. We use these overnight only as the absorbency is exceptional. During the day we use the Vets Best washable diaper with Tena pads if we need to pop out shopping etc as this gives us peace of mind he is comfortable and the house is clean when we come home and saves us we a lot of work cleaning up.
