I bought the cheese-making kit as a birthday gift for my vegan nephew . The contents looked amazing with multiple choices of cheeses to ..from Mozzarella to Parmesan but I don’t know if he’s made any yet !

Be wary of the recipes
I was bought this as a present and was so looking forward to trying the recipes. Made mozzarella and followed the instructions (thermometer does not work great) it ended up like putty and bland at that. Went on to do my own recipe and was great

Be wary nut allergy sufferers
Be warned despite not listed on ingredients the recipes need nuts and I purchased to gift to my vegan son who has a nut allergy! Was fully refunded though
