Using the app and the many different color scenes I’ve created, we keep them up all year. Christmas? I created a scene with slowing flashing green and red lights. Halloween? I created a beautiful orange and purple scene. Dodger game? Yet another scene so the whole house is lit up in blue. Laker game? St. Patrick’s Day? Valentine’s Day? I have different scenes for them all. And the list goes on and on. A simple click of a button on the app and I can easily switch from scene to scene. While the app does give you a lot of control, it doesn’t allow you to change scenes on a schedule. Each time the lights turn on, they default to the previously used scene. You can’t schedule different scenes to turn on/off. Maybe someday they’ll update their app to allow you to change scenes based on a schedule but for now, these meet our needs.
