This product is potent if you're needing to supplement, it's a great value and effective. I had watched some health videos and recommendations on YT regarding the importance for women and started taking a low dose regularly. Then I slacked off a bit when I needed to re-order. And when I became a bit sporadic, I suddenly received a very low TSH reading in my regular blood panel. Meaning my thyroid was inflamed from the seesaw iodine supplementation. And it took months (after stopping altogether) to get my system stable again. Side effects are not fun either. So just a word of warning. Make sure you need this and don't play around or take this half-assed. You can do possibly permanent damage.

This is the very best Iodine. I love it! I have Hoshimotos and need extra iodine and this is great. Feel confident about purchasing this product. I know I will purchase it again and again as I need it.

Very good product - but took one star away because after a few months the dropper started to "corrode", leaving a flaking coating that can easily end up in the solution itself, depending on how you use it. (See photo.) I want to simply dropper the solution & move on, but this bottle design gives me an added micro-stressor, lol. I laugh but I'm serious. Anyways, this was a bottle from 2024, so maybe the droppers don't flake anymore? Hopefully they addressed this issue.

1st few application I applied a small dot on the inside of my forearm and noticed the color completely absorbed within seconds and took it every other day. After 3 months, the color doesn't go away that quickly now and I don't apply hardly anything maybe 1x a week. Since taking this iodine 3 months now it's resolved my underweight problem - I've gained 8 lbs and don't drop weight anymore with a skipped or small meal. It's fixed my dandruff problem, dry lips, and scalp tender points. If you're underweight, try iodine. When I've taken too much I wake up with a sore throat and also have some headache tension at the back of my scalp. I've read that we are capable of dosing high iodine but think my body's not able to keep up with the detox so I'm needing something to support - possibly selenium. Read about iodine!

I am only saying this so that no one else will experience my situation, not to belittle anything. I used this product(one drop one glass water )for four days. In four days, my body became weak and I experienced all kinds of problems, including headaches. What I have now realized is that these supplements that say potassium are just marketing and business to deceive people. No one should use them and do not harm their own body.
