So far so good!! By week two of taking these I already noticed less shedding. They are big but not too big and there is no aftertaste like you would get taking other oils. All in all I will keep taking these daily.

I have OAB and have been taking a bamboo supplement, but I needed a bit more help. I was getting up every 60-90 minutes all night to use the toilet. So frustrating. Now I only get up every 3-3 1/2 hours which is so much better. I just turned 60 and have only the lightest of wrinkles when I smile. I did have the lines from my nose to lips and downward lines from the corners of my lips. I'm only halfway through this bottle, and the nose to lips lines are gone and the downward lines are almost gone. My face looks amazing. I wish I had taken pictures, but I never dreamed it would work so fast. As for hair growth, that remains to be seen. I'm very pleased with this pumpkin seed oil supplement and will continue to take it.

I like the ingredients and the reputation of this company. I love that they do not have biotin in them, since I get plenty in my diet and am only looking for pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto for hair health. If you have no issues with very large capsules, these are great. They are too large for me to swallow comfortably. I am mystified by this, since the brand I had to switch to has more pumpkin seed oil, the same saw palmetto, and biotin in a capsule one third the size. Why are these so large?
