Very expensive but it t is nice doesn’t worth it.

We’ve had this less than a year and it won’t start. We spent time talking to support and were told it was a battery issue, told us they were sending us a new one and then after the fact said they won’t be sending one and it’s denied. But luckily they’re offering us a whole $25 dollars. Run- this product is entirely too expensive to not even run for 6 months and the horrible lack of customer service.

Im 45 years old and 5’7. This thing is the most fun Ive had in a while. With it sitting so low, 27 mph seems like 45. It whips the turns and has high torque. I love it. Im about to buy a 2nd one.

On our second one as the first one failed in a week, then the second one failed after 2 weeks of use. Going back and forth with the morons who work for Segway who keep sending parts that do nothing to address the defective cart section. This product is extremely poorly made and the quality control is so bad you can count on near immediate failure. The customer service from Segway is frustrating and near useless, they do not stand by their product as they should. My son was given this for his birthday and has ridden it only a few times before ot failed from a factory defect, it’s the second one that’s has failed, they absolutely suck. Do not waste your money on this. I have little faith Segway makes this right.
