Delicious and versatile
Hello all! I am generally not one to use premade spice blends and rubs, as I mainly make my own with herbs and spices. This weber smoky brown sugar dry rub was a chance find in a clearance rack while shopping. Turned out to be amazing. Chicken parts even baked in the oven tadye as though they were grilled by a pro. Lots of smoky sweet and spicy flavor without the extreme saltiness of most premade blends. When my original purchase was getting low I luckily found it on Amazon at a reasonable price. Top quality flavor without the guilt of too much salt. Definitely recommend. Cheers!

Excellent on salmon
It is excellent on salmon! Cast iron skillet, baste in butter last 2 minutes of cooking and spritz with fresh lime juice. It’s a five star crowd pleaser!
