I am loving it really its like you have coach or guidance on your wrist. So many features like ECG, best is blood pressure monitoring on its own gives you full report. Diet log and endless lost of helpful and health guidance.

I’ve been using the Huawei D2 smartwatch for about 24 hours now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The health tracking features are quite comprehensive — heart rate, sleep analysis, body temperature, stress levels, emotional state, and even blood pressure monitoring. The BP checker is especially accurate and useful, though I do wish Huawei had included an additional strap specifically for BP measurements. The wireless charging is fast and convenient, and the battery life is excellent — after a full day of use and checking health metrics about five times, it’s still at 92%. (It's supposed to last 21 days with light use). Notifications for calls and messages work seamlessly too. Overall, a very solid first-day experience — stylish, functional, and reliable. Huawei did a great job with this one.

Huawei D2 watch is a tech marvel, incorporating an inflatable airbag cuff in the strap to provide accurate BP measurements anytime. Rated as a medical gadget by international bodies, this watch proves a boon to anyone who wants or needs regular BP checkups. As a medical professional, I was impressed by the simplicity and accuracy of BP measurements that tallied perfectly with standard BP machines. The associated app gives you a headsup on different health parameters- pulse, EG, sleep, physical activity etc. The only concern is how long these airbag straps will last and whether they will be easily available after warranty period.

loving it 🫶🏻 The watch D2 is elegant and well designed, dosent feel heavy and has a nice slip on belt clasp 👌, received in original package box pack 📦, was delivered in 2 days, highly recommend this elegant beauty, The display is smooth and the bp readings are accurate as validated with an omron bp machine with multiple readings taken. Has an excellent speaker for music or sound output, the health app dashboard is a blessing, has limited free watch faces, however the paid apps have a splendid collection of unique watch face combinations, which we immediately feel in love with. Worth the price , consumed just 5% battery after using the whole day, Awsome battery life. Highly recommended.

Design-wise, the watch is lighter and sleeker than its predecessor, while still delivering a solid feel. The AMOLED display is bright and crisp, and the rotating crown makes navigation smooth and intuitive. Beyond blood pressure, it covers all the key health metrics: heart rate, ECG, SpO₂, stress, skin temperature, sleep, and more—everything you need to take a holistic look at your well-being. In daily use, the battery easily lasts up to six days under normal usage—even with frequent health checks. On the downside, it’s a bit thick, and the strap—though functional for blood pressure—limits customization. Some advanced smartwatch features (like mobile payments or rich app ecosystems) are also missing. But if health monitoring—especially accurate BP tracking—is your priority, this is hands down one of the best wearables available today.

Purchased product everything is look good except Huwai wallet is not accepting in our region (UAE). While all other smart watches are accepting what is the issue with you.

Box came unsealed. Scratches. Pump not working. Can not measure blood pressure. Bought it as a present. Do not buy from this seller.
