I love this swing trainer. It helps practice my son’s swing and gives instant feedback about the swing on each hitAssembly: It’s very easy to assemble. We could set it up in under 5 minutes. The 4 level resistance band helps practice at various speeds. We use it in our driveway without anchors and it stays in place unanchored. We also tested out in our backyard with anchors. So far so good. Kid has used it 4 times. It is very heavy duty, easy to put together. My 9 year old puts it together. The only issue so far is the lettering is already coming off and the bag is thin and tears easy.

Not bad for the price . Not sure how long bands will hold their resistance strength . Worth the price think ball on end should be a bit bigger and more realistic. Surves it's purpose my son and few neighbor kids smacked in it a bit still working so that's good lol. Not bad for the price
