Been looking for an ice shower head for a while and I’m so glad I found this! I take ice baths every week, but I was looking for something quicker and more convenient for the week days when I’m rushing to work in the morning and this thing is perfect. The XL ice cube tray it comes with really does make the ice cubes last longer. I usually load the shower head with those cubes, and top the rest off with normal ice cubes from my fridge and it works great. This thing is no joke. The water is absolutely FREEZING and the euphoria and focus I feel after gets me locked in for the day

I love this shower head!! A friend recommended me this and it’s just like a cold plunge, but quicker and easier. The water is ridiculously cold and I feel amazing after. It was pretty easy to set up and to take off, when you want a normal shower. The XL ice cube tray works great, I never have to buy ice to use this.
