Cold & Works!
If you thought showering with only the cold water on was cold, just wait until you try this. It was another level, that was honestly very enjoyable. Just know, that you will feel like it is complete ice water! Great and effective product.

Easy Daily Cold Plunge
I’m super in to holistic health, exercising, ice baths, and this product is great. I’ve taken an ice shower everyday since I got it and I’ve convinced my girlfriend to start doing it too. Set up is easy. The adhesive hooks are super strong and have no problem holding the ice shower. Being able to take a quick cold plunge everyday has been a game changer.

This is a great produkt to shower cold even if the water is not so cold
The product arrived in a nice box and it felt very exclusive. I am going to use it on vacation in a tropical country to get the cold showers I need. The product in it self has high quality.

Great ice bath alternative
This is a great alternative to the traditional ice bath which I have tried before. The water is just as cold, and it’s way quicker to set up and use. I love that it only takes a fraction of ice to experience the same cold plunge benefits.

Glad I found this
Been looking for an ice shower head for a while and I’m so glad I found this! I take ice baths every week, but I was looking for something quicker and more convenient for the week days when I’m rushing to work in the morning and this thing is perfect. The XL ice cube tray it comes with really does make the ice cubes last longer. I usually load the shower head with those cubes, and top the rest off with normal ice cubes from my fridge and it works great. This thing is no joke. The water is absolutely FREEZING and the euphoria and focus I feel after gets me locked in for the day

Convenient and so easy
The water that comes through is freezing, makes my head numb I love it! I cant believe how amazing I feel afterwards. And the XL ice cubes you make with the included tray last forever. Highly recommended for the cold therapy crowd.

Obsessed with this thing
I love this shower head!! A friend recommended me this and it’s just like a cold plunge, but quicker and easier. The water is ridiculously cold and I feel amazing after. It was pretty easy to set up and to take off, when you want a normal shower. The XL ice cube tray works great, I never have to buy ice to use this.
