I like this toy a lot. Bought it over 2 months ago. My cats (about 2 years old) love to watch it and chase it; they will be captivated for hours. It is not too loud, or too heavy. One of my cats is normally timid and anxious about unusual noises or movement - but she really likes this ball toy.The charge lasts for approximately 6 hours or so and it comes with a USB cable for charging. I let it loose about twice a week so they don't burnt out on it. It makes occasional chirping noises moves kinda random, and pauses for minutes at a time. It has 2 modes I think, the second being a little faster and longer bursts. It hardly ever gets stuck on anything so I rarely have to move it back into the open area.I bought the accessory pack with extra tails but have not needed it so far. It comes with 2 tails and we are still using the first one and its holding up well considering they bite and claw it a lot.

This ball is smart and crazy. My cat loves it.2 speeds and intermittent movements. Alway has my cat guessing which way it’s gonna go.Very well made and durable. Had a small issue after a few days and support was Johnny on the spot to remedy the issue.Well worth the money and you can thank me later👍

My cat liked the product without the extra piece on the back because it was a little scary for her. If you don’t have a cat that’s afraid it would probably be a perfect gift or toy for your cat. The color of the toy is bright and moves around quickly. The battery life is long and it really entertains the cat for me. I just had to remove the wiggly tail on it and my cat absolutely loves it and functions as designed and is a great cat toy.

So far so good (day 1).Toy ran for at least 30 minutes before I turned it off. I don't know how much longer it would have gone - didn't show any signs of weakening. I ended up throwing it on the charger anyway.To has great action. It really moves randomly. It went under couches, under chair, into sheets - always seemed to get out again. I did see it get jammed under a side of a rocker, but a cat got it loose.It has a pattern in which it will stop and start chirping. I wish it chirped more as the cats liked that.It also will go into sleep mode after a while that it wakes up from if it gets moved.Cats reaction: It is probably best to introduce the toy turned off at first. The cats were shy for a while but still would follow it around to see what it was up to. Each cat reacted differently. The cat I thought would be most timid was the first to start chasing it down. I did find they seemed to prefer the tail removed (which simply makes it a self moving ball) - cats will be different. Without the tail the toy works just the same. Hair is easily removed by popping the plastic sides off.Right now the only things I would wish were different:1 - it chirped more. Cats really like to think the prey is scared.2 - The colors were more in the greens and blues as cats see those color more easily. Reds, oranges, etc., look grey to cats.3 - have an option to be able to put some catnip sent in it.I will try to remember to give an update in a while after we see how it goes.-- For reviews that give it a low rating because their cats didn't play with it... That is not the toy's fault. This is a rating on how the toy functions. Different cats will behave differently. If your cat has never been allowed to hunt or be outdoors - I am guessing it is less likely to play with this toy since they weren't allow to develop natural hunting traits. My 14 year old cat looked at it and walked away - that isn't the toy's fault - she's 14 years old.

The media could not be loaded. I deducted a star from my original review because while its definitely a fun toy that will entertain your cats And dogs for hours, good luck finding it to put it away!! Ive purchased a few of these, from different companies. And, they all break in different ways (this ones outside padding peeled off after 2 weeks; the tail falls off easily and the plastic part holding the spinning ball in place detaches easily). But, while you have them, for the price point, they are worth the pure joy and entertainment they bring. They help with the guilt you feel for not having the time to actually play with them yourself that day. 🥺However, they (the toy) like to hide under couches and in sneaky tucked away places to go "dormant" & take a nappy poo. So...in the middle of the night when you're fast asleep be prepared to have it come out of hiding and wake you up, thinking there's a burglar in your home!! 😂 Not funny, while its happening. Will I keep buying them? Yes.

Worth it! I purchased this for our 8 week old kitten that we unexpectedly rescued off the street. She is currently secluded to my home office while she grows and acclimates with her new fur siblings.. which at first meant she was constantly climbing me or attacking my hair, eyelashes etc!! This thing keeps her occupied for quite some time so that I can focus on my work. Such a cool toy!

The absolute best toy we have gotten for our cat. Automatic off and on is amazing and continuously catches our cats attention. Will play with it for HOURS. If you have a playful/active cat i highly highly recommend. Easy to clean and recharge. 2 different speeds. Do it. Buy it.
