I can honestly say it has made a noticeable difference for me. Since taking it regularly, I’ve noticed that my food seems to digest better and faster instead of just feeling like it sits in my stomach. It has also helped with my acid reflux, which I think is connected to my digestion improving overall. On top of that, I’ve seen less stomach inflammation, and it has definitely helped with bloating and gas as well. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it.
