Review: Super useful and nice to use on the whole body - I bought these for hospital but I ended up having a C-section so I didn't use them for the intended purpose. I have used them though for other things, mainly on my breasts when breastfeeding (mastitis and other pains) or on the forehead. They don't stay cold that long but that's actually what I like about them, they're never too cold that it's painful and they do the job and relieve pain effectively! I like the little beads, they're easy to use on different areas because of their shape and size. I think they're good value for money as I've been using them for months and they're still as new!
