Helps with posture, slims slightly, a little hot and scratchy. Rolls up if not fastened.
This is my first type of compression/spanx product and it's pretty good. It slimmed down my dad belly slightly and it hid my very slight man curves, giving me an all around flatter look . Don't expect miracles though! This won't make you look like you have abs or hide obesity, and if you have a reasonable gut it will still show. The main thing I liked about this was the effect it had on my posture while using it. It is by no means a back brace, but it does slightly pull your body upright into a correct posture. My regular posture is horrible though so I still have to consciously decide to sit up straight and not hunch over.A few cons are that this gets a little hot if worn while working out or in the summer time. And it gets scratchy if worn against your skin. I find putting an undershirt between your skin and this to lesson the scratchy feeling. Again, heat may still be an issue with this method. Another thing is that still slides up the backside if not tucked into your pants. Tucking it in and having a belt on helps. It's also slightly hard to take off since it's meant to be on the tight side. I suggest criss crossing your arms over your head, and reach opposite ends to pull it off. The one time I didn't pull it off this way, I heard a slight ripping/stretching sound. So take heed!Other than that, it's pretty good.

Highly recommended!
This is a super product and absolutely deserves 5 stars. I wear medium shirts and polo, this fit perfectly although on the comfortable side, meaning not too tight. Does provide compression, just not squeezing the body if that's what you are looking for. Also have worn it in hot weather with 85 temp and did not break into a sweat! I have personally tried the cotton/cloth ones in the past which will make you feel suffocated, but this cool dry compression material really does work! I don't wear undershirts but had no problem having it on for a full 10 hour conference day.

Weird length and material
Not horrible for the price... but definitely needs to be longer. My husband is 5’9 and if he lifted his arms you could see his belly button. Also sort of scratchy.

Huge fan of these shirts!
I have become such a huge fan of these shirts over the past few months. I bought a long-sleeve shirt for working outside in the direct sun. It was very nice but almost too constrictive around the arms. I bought some of the shorts-sleeve versions for working out and jogging. Those I love so much they've become a staple in my everyday wardrobe. I actually hate being out of them. They're like a second skin. I got these sleeveless versions for wearing around the house in the evenings and sleeping in. I'm fairly fit, but far from an Adonis, but these shirts help me look and feel that much closer to one. Not sure if it's because of the shirts themselves, or because of the way they make me feel, but I've actually been losing weight and getting into better shape since I started wearing them.

Great price, sturdy!
Love these tanks! They were used on a larger individual who doesn’t easily find comfort in these types of clothing items. However, these worked great! Very soft yet conforming to hold the body.

Found my bliss
I've tried several brands of compression tanks (Lambosi, Nelius, and Starter) and finally found my bliss in Tessa. The fit is great, and the construction is superb; no scratchy tags to cut off or weird stitching to rub you raw under the arms. Follow the rules for care (cold wash and hang to dry) and they'll last like new. They seem to keep me cooler than other brands, I guess some evaporative function of the material. The white ones I wear under all my dress shirts and by wearing the tank inside out I don't worry about the pale grey logo on the back showing through. Planning to donate all the other brand compression tanks for the goodwill store... and I crossing my fingers that the supplier doesn't run low again (the white ones are harder to find in stock!)
