Exellent
The best book I've read on running a craft business. The best part is how to make a business plan, which I have not found in other books. It gave me more self confidence than any other book.

Want to start a craft business or improve an existing one? Get this book!
I've been waiting for this book with much anticipation. Fiona is a minefield of information on crafts, sewing and business. Even though I've been running a home-based sewing business for a few years, I like to keep learning and improving how I do things. This book did not disappoint.. It's jam-packed full of useful advice. I especially found the social media advice extremely helpful as this is such a big part of business promotion these days. I'm learning lots of useful things from the book - things that I'd never thought about before or even knew. The thing I like about this book is that it's set out in a really easy to understand way and, in each section, you get activity suggestions to carry out which will help you along the way with starting (or improving) any craft business. I've bought business books in the past and quite frankly have found them quite tedious to read through. Fiona's book, on the other hand, is refreshing and enjoyable to read. A definite must for anyone thinking about starting a craft business or someone who's already in business.

Fabulous, bursting at the seams with useful information
I'm so glad that I bought this book, possibly the most useful book in my craft collection. Thank you so much to the author who really has thought out what's important and how to present it in a very friendly manner. I've thought about a lot of the subject matter myself, not quite knowing how to get the answers. This book is full of great advice and so many links to useful sites, opinions for successful business people. A great example of this is the importance of good photographs. I'm a glass artist and was saying to my partner that I need to do a simple course in how to get hi res photos for printing. Boom, it's there in the book, with a recommendation of another book for taking photographs. Exactly what I needed, I even take this book to bed!

The BEST book for creatives wanting to build their business
Such an excellent, practical and helpful book. I would highly recommend this to anyone starting out with a creative business, or looking to expand theirs. Fiona Pullen, who has her own creative business, covers so much in a really accessible, interactive format, and the book is packed with insider tips on everything from social media to pricing. If you want someone to give you a friendly but knowledgeable helping hand when you're starting out, this is the book to go for. I wouldn't be without it.

A bit vague
The book is kind of basic.. a bit like everything u can find online and common sense. I guess that’s what these books are. The book itself is kind of vague. It talks about stuff but doesn’t go into detail. The overall book gives a good vibe. Nice photos, the layouts are nice
